Coach & group travel at Belfast International Airport
BFS · EGAA · Belfast
How a group is collected by coach at Belfast International Airport — the meeting points, the timing, and what we handle for you.
The coach & group pick-up playbook
There is no permit to arrange at Belfast International and no forecourt scramble. Coaches use a dedicated coach park immediately beside the terminal — open tarmac, no height barrier — and pay £6 an hour on exit. Because there is a single terminal, your group gathers in one arrivals hall on the lower floor, and your driver waits a short walk away rather than circling. It is one of the most straightforward group pick-ups of any UK airport.
| Terminal | Coach stand | Meet your group |
|---|---|---|
| MAIN | Dedicated coach park adjacent to the terminal (left of the terminal as you face it) | Arrivals hall on the lower floor of the single passenger terminal |
“Belfast International is a single-terminal airport with a dedicated coach park right beside the building and no permit to arrange, so our drivers park a few steps from arrivals and meet your group in the one arrivals hall the moment they clear the baggage belt.”— Airport Coaches · first-person operational note
