Built around your group

Group types we serve

No two groups travel the same way. A rugby squad moves differently to a wedding party; a school trip has different rules to a crew shuttle. We plan each transfer around what your group actually needs — and every booking, whatever the group, gets the same foundation: flight monitoring, meet-and-greet at the terminal, and one coordinator from quote to drop-off.

Sports teams

Fixture-day timing is unforgiving — a coach that is late for kick-off is not a coach at all. We plan sports transfers backwards from the whistle: kit and equipment space accounted for at the quote stage, arrival windows padded for airport delays, and a driver who knows the venue drop-off before you land. Squads, staff and supporters can be split across vehicles without splitting the plan.

Typically: midi or full-size coach — room for the squad and the kit.

Corporate

When the group is clients, colleagues or a visiting board, the transfer is part of the impression. Expect a client-facing standard throughout: a presentable vehicle, a professional driver, a name board in arrivals and timings that respect the agenda. One point of contact coordinates the booking, changes are confirmed in writing, and invoicing is handled the way your finance team expects.

Typically: executive minibus or executive coach, matched to headcount.

Tour groups

A touring party lives out of its suitcases, so luggage capacity is not a detail — it is the job. We size the vehicle for a full bag per seat and liaise directly with your tour leader on the ground, from the first airport pick-up to multi-stop itineraries between hotels, attractions and departure. If the itinerary changes mid-tour, your coordinator adjusts the plan and confirms it back the same day.

Typically: full-size coach with full hold luggage capacity.

School trips

Taking students through an airport carries a duty of care we take as seriously as you do. School transfers run with safeguarding-conscious drivers, seatbelts on every seat, and a single named point of contact for the teacher-in-charge — before, during and after the journey. Head counts, meeting points and timings are all confirmed in writing so your risk assessment practically fills itself in.

Typically: midi or full-size coach — seatbelts throughout, sized for the year group.

Weddings

Wedding guests arrive on different flights, from different cities, at different times — and all of them need to be somewhere beautiful by four o’clock. We build guest shuttles around the day itself, not just the flight times: staged pick-ups as arrivals land, transfers to the venue or hotel, and late-evening returns if you want them. One coordinator holds the whole guest-movement plan, so the couple never has to.

Typically: executive minibus shuttles, or a coach for the full guest list.

Air crew

Crew transport is a punctuality culture, and we speak the language. Hotel-to-terminal shuttles that run to the roster, not roughly around it; drivers briefed on crew report times; and recurring schedules handled as one standing arrangement rather than a stack of individual bookings. When rosters change — and they always do — your coordinator absorbs the change and the wheels keep turning.

Typically: executive minibus on a recurring roster schedule.

A different kind of group entirely? Tell us anyway — if it moves by coach from a UK airport, it is our kind of job.
