Coach parking & group pick-up at London Luton
Every private-hire coach collecting a group from Luton must hold a permit — £30, bought on the day or pre-booked through the APCOA office in the Mid Stay Car Park. Drivers wait in the Coach Layover Area (up to four hours) until the flight lands, then pull onto bay M in the bus-bay area outside the terminal. Bay M runs a drive-in, reverse-out system and needs a vehicle with 20-plus seats and reversing cameras, so it is coach territory, not a spot for a car to improvise. Here is the whole flow.
