We do not quote a vehicle until we understand the group. Headcount, luggage, accessibility needs and the shape of the journey all decide what pulls up at the terminal — so the descriptions below are organised the way we actually think: by group size. Tell us your numbers and we match the vehicle at the quote stage; the exact coach is confirmed in writing before you travel.
8–16 passengers
Executive minibus
The concierge option for smaller parties: management teams, wedding shuttles, crew rosters and VIP groups. Comfortable individual seating, room for everyone’s luggage, and a footprint nimble enough for city-centre hotels and tight venue approaches. A luggage trailer can be added when a small group travels heavy.
Suits: corporate parties, wedding shuttles, air crew, small tour groups.
17–35 passengers
Midi coach
The workhorse of group airport travel — big enough for a full squad or a school party, compact enough to load quickly and move smartly. Proper luggage space beneath the cabin, seatbelts on every seat, and a single door count that makes head checks straightforward for whoever is in charge of the group.
Suits: sports teams, school trips, mid-size corporate and tour groups.
36–57+ passengers
Full-size coach
For the big movements: touring parties, full year groups, conference delegations and supporter travel. Hold space for a full flight’s worth of bags — one large case per seat and then some — with executive-grade options available where the occasion calls for a higher finish. Larger groups still can be run as multiple coaches under one coordinated plan.
Suits: tour groups, large schools, conferences, sports clubs travelling with support.
