Coach & group travel at Gatwick Airport
LGW · EGKK · London
How a group is collected by coach at Gatwick Airport — the meeting points, the timing, and what we handle for you.
The coach & group pick-up playbook
Every charter or group vehicle with more than eight seats collecting passengers at Gatwick must use the London Gatwick coach park, on the South Terminal ring road. A roll-up permit is £25.78 for one visit and covers up to three hours plus pick-up from either the North or South Terminal — pre-book it on Simplyture before you travel. Groups are met at Bus Stop 11 on Furlong Way for the North Terminal, and at Bus Stop 9 on the lower forecourt (level 0) for the South Terminal.
| Terminal | Coach stand | Meet your group |
|---|---|---|
| NTN | Bus Stop 11, Furlong Way | North Terminal arrivals concourse |
| STN | Bus Stop 9, lower forecourt (level 0) | South Terminal arrivals concourse |
“We pre-book the London Gatwick coach park permit on Simplyture before every collection and hold in the coach park until your group has cleared arrivals — so the coach pulls onto the stand only when your party is ready, rather than circling a charged forecourt.”— Airport Coaches · first-person operational note
Timing & rules
All charter and group-travel operators with vehicles of over eight seats picking up passengers must use the London Gatwick coach park. A permit covers up to three hours and lets the coach collect from either the North or South Terminal. Pre-booking on Simplyture is recommended.
