Coach parking & group pick-up at Manchester
Every coach over 16 seats collecting a group at Manchester needs a £25 permit, bought in advance through the airport's AIRDAT 'Onboard' system, to use the yellow bus stops on Palma Avenue at Terminal 2 or bus stop C at Terminal 3; minibuses of up to 16 seats use the Over Height car parks instead. Picking up in the road system is enforced by a Traffic Regulation Order and monitored by police, so the permit route is the only sensible one.
